Workshop Information
Join Christine Hauber, renowned IR master in Santa Fe, NM. She will help you learn to train your eye in order to pre-visualize the qualities of IR as well as how it records the visible spectrum including foliage, the sky, man made objects, clothing and even people. Half of this workshop occurs out in the field with our cameras exploring the art of personal style and creative storytelling while the other half takes place in a classroom setting with each student working on their own laptops learning post processing techniques for great infrared photographs. Christine will teach you what she knows from her extensive background and experience in IR photography in a way that is easy and fun to learn and which allows you room to grow and advance from your new found knowledge and renewed enthusiasm in photography. This workshop is open to those just entering the world of infrared photography as well as those wishing to further their education and create more dramatic IR photographs. Please bring a converted IR camera. Come with an open mind, curious to learn the secrets of creative infrared photography. You will leave with a new set of skills for making dramatic and unique images!
